Sprice Contracting Inc. provides a full range of Construction Services to our clients. For each unique project we systemically apply our procedures to reach a positive completion. We act as General Contractors for commercial and residential projects, including original construction and renovation, and as sub-contractors for large-scale projects involving multiple construction providers.

General Contracting

As a General Contractor we are responsible for providing all labor, material and equipment necessary for the successful completion of your project. We also have a wide variety of subcontractors that perform a portion of our specialty construction. These subcontractors are closely vetted and many have been with us since our inception.

Maintenance

Our Maintenance Division provides a full service of maintaining the buildings and grounds for our customers. We also have licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians to service the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Lead Safe Renovations

Sprice is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovation firm. EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA who establish Sprice’s certified renovators have been trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.
